Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 cups flour

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 sticks oleo

    Mix and press into a 9 x 13 pan

  • 7-8 Fuji apples

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 3 small boxes vanilla pudding

  • Cool Whip Topping

Directions

  • Peel apples. Cut into wedges thick side down and close together and place on top of crust. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Prepare three small boxes pudding. Cook and cool. Pour over apple mixture. Top with Cool Whip and cut into squares.
