Apple Pudding PieCourse: Dessert, PuddingDifficulty: Easy, Not tested
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 sticks oleo
Mix and press into a 9 x 13 pan
7-8 Fuji apples
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 small boxes vanilla pudding
Cool Whip Topping
- Peel apples. Cut into wedges thick side down and close together and place on top of crust. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Prepare three small boxes pudding. Cook and cool. Pour over apple mixture. Top with Cool Whip and cut into squares.
