Ingredients
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 1/2 cups drained sliced peaches
1 tablespoon flour
- Sour Cream Mixture
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks beaten
2 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on bottom of shell. Arrange peach slices on top. Sprinkle remaining flour. Pour sour cream mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
