Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

  • 2 1/2 cups drained sliced peaches

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Sour Cream Mixture
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 egg yolks beaten

  • 2 tablespoons flour

Directions

  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on bottom of shell. Arrange peach slices on top. Sprinkle remaining flour. Pour sour cream mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
