2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup ground nuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1- 9 oz carton Cool Whip
2 packages pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk
- Combine butter, flour and nuts and work like pie dough. Put evenly into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese. Blend this into 1/2 of a 9 oz. carton of Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
- Mix pistachio pudding with milk and beat slowly until mixture thickens. Pour over top of cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with ground nuts.
