Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup ground nuts

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

  • 1- 9 oz carton Cool Whip

  • 2 packages pistachio instant pudding

  • 3 cups milk

Directions

  • Combine butter, flour and nuts and work like pie dough. Put evenly into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Blend powdered sugar and cream cheese. Blend this into 1/2 of a 9 oz. carton of Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix pistachio pudding with milk and beat slowly until mixture thickens. Pour over top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with ground nuts.
