Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice, rinsed

  • 1 can onion soup

  • 1 can beef bouillon

  • 1 can mushrooms, drained

  • 3 Tablespoons butter

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in a large oven safe bowl. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350*, stirring occasionally.
