2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1-2 cups blueberries
- Mix flour, sugar and butter like pie crust, saving 2/3 cup for topping.
- To the remaining flour mixture, add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and milk. Beat 3 minutes.
- Whip egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into flour mixture. Top with 1-2 cups blueberries. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake in a 8″ x 12″ x 2″ small glass dish at 350* for 35 minutes.
