4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 package (2 cups) dream whip (prepared per package directions) or Cool Whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Chopped peanuts (optional)
- Beat cream cheese until creamy then add the sugar peanut butter and whipped topping. Pour into crust and top with grated or chopped peanuts. Chill for 4 or 5 hours. Add a dollop of whipped topping on each piece if desired before serving. If doubling recipe, use 9″ x 13″ pan.
