1 package Jiffy Cake Mix
1 – 8 ounce cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Whipped dessert topping
- Mix and bake cake in a 9″ x 12″ pan according to package directions.
- Blend cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk. Add instant pudding mix and rest of milk. Blend until smooth. Spread over cake. Cover with crushed pineapple. Top with dessert topping and chill for several hours or overnight.
