2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 sticks of butter, cubed
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 packages lemon pie filling
2 packages dream whip
- Mix flour, sugar and butter as for pie crust. Press into a 9″ x 13″ pan and bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Let cool.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over pastry and refrigerate for several hours.
- Make pie filling according to package directions and let cool. Spread over cheese mixture and refrigerate.
- Just before serving , top with Dream Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
