1 prepared 9″ pie crust
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white sugar
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
Egg whites
Directions
- Combine flour, corn starch, salt, sugar, milk and egg yolks and cook until thick. LEt cool 15 minutes.
- Mix vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Add to heated mixture and stir well. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour into pie crust. Chill.
