Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared 9″ pie crust

  • 2 Tablespoons flour

  • 2 Tablespoons corn starch

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 cups milk

  • 3 egg yolks separated

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 Tablespoon butter

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • Egg whites

Directions

  • Combine flour, corn starch, salt, sugar, milk and egg yolks and cook until thick. LEt cool 15 minutes.
  • Mix vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Add to heated mixture and stir well. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour into pie crust. Chill.
