Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup water

  • 1 package Jello

  • 1 pint (2 cups) ice cream

  • 1 prepared pie crust

Directions

  • Heat water to a boil. Add Jello and stir until dissolved.
  • Add ice cream (cut up in pieces) to hot liquid and stir immediately until melted.
  • Pour into prepared pie crust and chill until mixture is thickened but not set, 15-25 minutes.
