1 1/4 cup water
1 package Jello
1 pint (2 cups) ice cream
1 prepared pie crust
- Heat water to a boil. Add Jello and stir until dissolved.
- Add ice cream (cut up in pieces) to hot liquid and stir immediately until melted.
- Pour into prepared pie crust and chill until mixture is thickened but not set, 15-25 minutes.
