Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 2/3 cup butter

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1-2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

  • Mix flour, sugar and butter like pie crust. Save 2/3 cup for topping.
  • To the remaining flour mixture, add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and milk. Beat for 3 minutes.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into flour mixture. Place in a greased/floured 8″ x 12″ x 2″ glass dish. Top with blueberries. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
