Jiffy Pineapple Cake

Prep time




  • 2 Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1 – 8 oz package cream cheese

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 package Dream Whip

  • 2 cups cold milk


  • Prepare Jiffy cake mixes in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan according to directions and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Let cool.
  • Mix pudding with 11/2 cups milk and let stand until thickened.
  • Cream 1/2 cups milk and cream cheese and blend with pudding beating well. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Layer pineapple on top of pudding. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions and spread on top of pineapple. Top with chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
