2 Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
1 – 8 oz package cream cheese
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 package Dream Whip
2 cups cold milk
- Prepare Jiffy cake mixes in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan according to directions and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Let cool.
- Mix pudding with 11/2 cups milk and let stand until thickened.
- Cream 1/2 cups milk and cream cheese and blend with pudding beating well. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Layer pineapple on top of pudding. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions and spread on top of pineapple. Top with chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
