Red Raspberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 1/2 quarts berries

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 Tablespoons corn starch

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 prepared pie crust

Directions

  • Set aside 2 cups large berries.
  • Make pudding and put in pie crust. Let set.
  • Take remaining berries and sugar and bring to boil. Add corn starch and water and stir until thick. Cool slightly.
  • Put berries on top of pudding, then the glaze then remaining whole berries. Put whipped topping on top if desired.
