1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 quarts berries
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup water
1 prepared pie crust
- Set aside 2 cups large berries.
- Make pudding and put in pie crust. Let set.
- Take remaining berries and sugar and bring to boil. Add corn starch and water and stir until thick. Cool slightly.
- Put berries on top of pudding, then the glaze then remaining whole berries. Put whipped topping on top if desired.
